Our Mission
We believe in providing a holistic approach to mental health that focuses on the whole person – mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially – and not only on diagnosis or symptoms. We support the integration at the center of our treatment plan various activities and functions that address client’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs by promoting and encouraging its pursuit.
A holistic approach to mental health works best by pairing talk therapy with other forms of holistic therapies including yoga, physical activity, meditation, mindfulness practice, group therapy, and art therapy. We trust this approach can improve health outcomes by relieving psychological distress and pain while improving interpersonal relationships and family dynamics.
