The greatest gift you can give someone is the space to be his or her authentic self

Interpersonal Therapy

Interpersonal Therapy is a short-term, structured, and evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on relieving mental health symptoms by improving interpersonal functioning. It promotes the development of new relationships through translating the learning acquired in therapy to these relationships.

Interpersonal Therapy is typically used for treatment for depression, grief, role transitions, and interpersonal deficits. We help address current problems and relationships rather than childhood or developmental issues. We are active, non-neutral, supportive and hopeful, and offer options for change.

We help people better understand their emotions and how they affect their relationships. We also help people learn how to communicate better with others and address problems that contribute to their mental health.
