Dr. Nora Alarifi Pharaon is a consulting psychologist at Pharaon Consulting Group, Inc. and is licensed in the State of New York and New Jersey. She has also the license to practice inter-jurisdictional tele psychology (APIT) across 40 states.

Nora provides individual, couple, and group psychotherapy as well as performs psychological evaluations for adults, youth and children. She specializes in providing psychological services to individuals of Middle Eastern and North African decent as well as members of the Muslim community.

Nora is also contracted with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) in New Jersey over the past 15 years and acts as  an expert witness in custody cases.  She provides court mandated bonding and reunification therapeutic services for members of the Middle Eastern and North African communities. Nora has worked with victims of domestic violence both domestically and internationally and presented on the topic at various conferences.  Over the past 30 years, Nora has forged many relationships across the Middle East and particularly in the Gulf States, most notably in Saudi Arabia. Nora provided consulting services to many organizations including Aramco and  delivered self-development workshops in many GCC countries.
