The therapeutic relationship a counselor forms with each client can be the most powerful tool for helping clients change.
Teletherapy
Teletherapy, also known as telepsychology, is a type of mental health treatment that uses technology to provide services to patients remotely. It can involve video conferencing, phone calls, text messaging, or online apps.Teletherapy can help people who are unable or unwilling to leave their homes, and it can also allow therapists to work with patients from anywhere.
We provide Teletherapy sessions done through videoconferencing platform. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect patient privacy and information. We believe that Teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy and may offer additional benefits like skipping traffic and waiting rooms.
