Guided Self-Assessment

Self-Assessment is useful for helping clients identify their strengths and weaknesses and define for themselves a path for personal development. This process of self-discovery may be needed when you are on a trajectory of major life changes and therefore would like to explore potential for improvement to create a better version of yourself. It may also provide you with an opportunity to highlight your growth mindset thus promoting your insight while revealing potential blind spots.

Self-Assessment aims to identify life adjustment problems, personal conflicts, relationship issues, behavioral problems, family conflicts, self-identity issues, emotional problems, and/or life stage development issues that are interfering with overall life adjustment, emotional well-being, and life satisfaction. The results of these assessments are often used as a tool to draft a personal development plan that will serve as the blue print for the therapeutic process.  There exists a wide variety of Self-Assessment instruments that may serve to facilitate insight into unconscious blocks to personal growth, explore areas of concern that need to be addressed, and promote actions to arrive at healthier life choices and better state of well-being.
