Welcome

While you may feel a range of emotions starting with a sense of overall anxiety to feeling weird and awkward to being apprehensive about starting therapy, we do everything we can to make you feel at home. The first session is a time well spent to get to know one another while answering questions about what is going on for you, and responding to questions if any about us and how we do our work. You will leave at the end of the first session with a clear idea related to our thoughts and initial observations about what was shared between us. You will also get a general outline of what our therapy will look like, tools you will learn, and the order of things that will happen and finally the means used to track your progress.

This is our method and style to guide you step-by-step towards a postive path to growth and well-being. Our goal is to help you use your life experiences to uncover your true potential and celebrate your life. We will help you uncover your long-standing behavior patterns or negative percetptions that may be blocking you from living a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
